These are some Frequently Asked Questions (and their answers)
I never got my confirmation email with my password in it. What's that all about?
These emails sometimes get flagged as spam and may have been redirected to your spam folder. If not, drop us a line and we'll look into it but more often than not it's just awash in a sea of spam, waiting to be rescued.
I can't log in to my account, what do I do?
There are a few reasons you may not be able to log into your account,
1. Has your account been approved? If you haven't received a welcome email yet, be patient, it'll be arriving soon.
2. If your account password isn't working, try the original default password you were given upon first joining.
3. It's still not working? Send an email to jessica@co-signcollective.com and we''ll fix you right up.
Where is the printable CD trayart and cover?
All of the full album zips come with tray art in the file. Just download the music and you've got everything you'll need. Here and there the singles are just a single or two mp3s and do not come with trayart. We're working on this but if you'd like specific art for everything let us know!
It says the zip file I downloaded is password protected! What is the password?
None of the files you download are password protected but sometimes systems (especially if you're using Mac OS X to unzip the file) get confused. Here's what you should try:
1. Try dropping the file into another unpacking utility like Stuffit Expander.
2. Download the file again. It's possible that the zip became corrupt during download and needs to be redownloaded.
3. If none of those work, hit us up, we'll take care of you.
